To ensure a fair, transparent, and inclusive election process for selecting members of the community board.

Elect representatives who will serve the community’s best interests.
Election Rules – Beit El Jebel Community
Each community member can cast up to 5 votes for board members and another 5 votes for non-board members.
To vote, members must use their Google account (the form requires login).
Each person can vote only for the listed candidates.
Voting will be open for 24 hours only.
Candidates must be Druze and must live in Canada (Ontario).
All candidates must be active community members in good standing.
All candidates must submit the official application form with their basic info and reasons for joining.
Campaigning must remain respectful and free of personal attacks.
Election results will be based on the majority of valid votes.
In case of a tie, a second round (run-off vote) will be held.
Elected members must share their plans and provide quarterly progress reports on achievements.
قوانين الانتخابات – مجتمع بيت الجبل
يمكن لكل عضو من أعضاء المجتمع أن يمنح ما يصل إلى ٥ أصوات لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة، و٥ أصوات أخرى لغير أعضاء المجلس.
للتصويت، يجب على الأعضاء استخدام حسابهم على غوغل (النموذج يتطلب تسجيل الدخول).
يحق لكل شخص التصويت فقط للمرشحين المدرجين في القائمة.
سيبقى التصويت مفتوحًا لمدة ٢٤ ساعة فقط.
يجب أن يكون المرشحون من الطائفة الدرزية ويقيمون في كندا (أونتاريو).
يجب أن يكون جميع المرشحين أعضاء فاعلين في المجتمع ويتمتعون بسمعة حسنة.
على جميع المرشحين تقديم النموذج الرسمي للترشح، متضمّنًا معلوماتهم الأساسية وأسباب رغبتهم بالانضمام.
يجب أن تبقى الحملات الانتخابية محترمة وخالية من الهجمات الشخصية.
ستُبنى نتائج الانتخابات على أغلبية الأصوات الصحيحة.
في حال حدوث تعادل، ستُجرى جولة ثانية (إعادة التصويت).
على الأعضاء المنتخبين مشاركة خططهم وتقديم تقارير فصلية عن إنجازاتهم.
